Submitting your proposal and data is optional.
The information in this submission form is being collected by the Circle U. Team at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin for the purpose of event organisation and may be shared with local Circle U. teams at our member universities (Aarhus Universitet, Universitetet i Oslo, Universität Wien, Université catholique de Louvain, Università di Pisa, Université Paris Cité, Univerzitet u Beogradu, King's College London) to provide support before, during and immediately after the event. We may also use your contact information to send you any updates regarding the event.
We will delete the data collected within two weeks after the event.
The undersigned is entitled to revoke this declaration of consent at any time without giving a reason, effective from that point forward. Every data subject has the right of access (according to Art. 15 GDPR), right to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR), right to erasure (Art. 17 GDPR), right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR), right to object (Art. 21 GDPR) as well as the right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR). If you assert a request for deletion or revoke your consent to data processing, your data will be deleted. We will also inform our partners about your request. Further, there is a right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR, in connection with 19 BDSG), e.g. the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information Berlin.
